What's free — no limits, no fees

FakturFlow is a standalone plugin. It talks directly to the official Ministry of Finance KSeF API — no intermediary, no per-invoice fees, no separate accounting system required.

FA(3) invoice generation

Generate a structured FA(3) e-invoice from any WooCommerce order in one click.

Official schema validation

Every invoice is validated against the Ministry of Finance schema before it's sent.

Direct KSeF submission

Submit to KSeF's test, demo, or production environment via the official API 2.0 — track status and download the UPO (official proof of receipt) from the order screen.

KOD I verification QR code

Every invoice includes a KOD I verification QR code generated per the Ministry of Finance specification.

NIP field at checkout

A checksum-validated NIP field in both classic and block checkout — orders with a NIP are detected as B2B automatically. Consumer orders flow through untouched.

Correction invoices from refunds

Every refund gets its own correction (KOR) document referencing the original invoice by KSeF number — generate, send, and download its UPO from the order screen.

Also included: encrypted KSeF token storage (never logged), full compatibility with WooCommerce HPOS and the checkout block, and a complete Polish (pl_PL) translation.

Frequently asked questions

Is the free version really free — no limits?

Yes. Manual generate/validate/send, corrections, UPO download, the NIP field, and the KOD I QR code are free with no invoice limits and no per-invoice fees — this plugin will always cover that core flow, even after the Pro add-on ships.

Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS and the checkout block?

Yes. FakturFlow is fully compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and the Checkout block — the NIP field is registered through the Additional Checkout Fields API and behaves identically in both checkout variants.

What about consumer (B2C) orders?

Only orders with a buyer NIP (tax ID) are routed to KSeF. Consumer orders keep the regular WooCommerce checkout flow untouched — KSeF stays optional for them.

Does the plugin send my data to any third party?

No. Invoice data is sent only to the official Ministry of Finance KSeF API (test, demo, or production — your choice). The only exception is the verification link encoded in the KOD I QR code, which points to the Ministry's public invoice-verification lookup when scanned. No telemetry is sent anywhere.

What will FakturFlow Pro add?

Pro is a separate, in-development add-on covering automatic submission on payment, automatic corrections when an order is refunded, offline24 mode with KOD II QR codes, and a submission dashboard. No functionality is ever removed from the free plugin to push the paid tier.

Where do I get a KSeF token?

Log into the KSeF web application with your Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) or qualified certificate, go to permissions management, and generate a token with InvoiceWrite and InvoiceRead permissions. Paste it into the plugin settings — it's stored encrypted.
